Cubicdash offers upgrades for our current clients. If you find the need to upgrade while on a package, simply get in touch with us to learn the steps before proceeding. Once confirmed, subscribers can continue with the new billing. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance.
Section 6 – Monthly and Annual Subscriptions
These subscriptions must be paid in full to commence. At the end of the term, the subscription renews unless canceled or paused. Subscribers must cancel or pause the subscription 5 days before the billing date if they do not intend to use it.
Section 7 – Use of the Service
7.1 You may use the Service for numerous projects under the applicable subscription, maintaining good standing by paying the monthly/annual fee and complying with the Terms of Service.
7.2 Cubicdash accepts unlimited requests and revisions. However, the volume and speed of turnarounds depend on various factors. Cubicdash makes no guarantee of a set amount of service outputs.
7.3 Human errors may occur, so review each output carefully. It’s crucial for print projects to review design files thoroughly before submitting a print order.
7.4 You are the sole owner of design outputs received.
7.5 Service descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.
Section 8 – Cubicdash Portfolio
Cubicdash may occasionally request client’s permission to use their material for promotional purposes. The material will be used only after the client’s permission is received.
Section 9 – Assets
When assets are provided to us by clients, it is assumed that they have permission to use them. Cubicdash will not be liable for any assets that are provided to us by a client for which copyright permission was not granted.
Section 10 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Section 11 – Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are issued at Cubicdash’s discretion. Refunds are not issued due to account inactivity as we are a subscription service.
Cancellations should be requested by email and sent to hello@cubicdash.com. If on an annual plan, you will receive a refund of the balance remaining less 10%. If on a monthly plan, there will be no cancellations. Your account won’t be billed moving forward.
Section 12 – Optional Tools
We may provide you access to third-party tools. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
